1) Enter your personal information in the easy to follow Sign Up form so we can accurately represent your case and work on your credit report:
The online form is easy to follow and offers our clients the opportunity to sign up from the comfort of their home or office.
2) Provide us with Authorization to work on your account:
During the sign up process, authorization must be given to Academy Firm's service center to challenge inaccurate or negative information. Essentially, you will authorize Academy Firm service center to act on your behalf to challenge the negative items that appear on your credit report.
3) Obtain your credit reports:
An initial fee of $125 will be charged to cover initial computer entry and analysis of your credit reports
from the three national credit reporting agencies. A three-bureau credit report is required to assess your case. If you have obtained
one within the last 4 weeks, you may forward it to our office, otherwise, you will need to order a current credit report. After you sign up, we will provide you with specific details of how to order your credit report.
A $75 fee will be charged at the end of each month for services
rendered. This fee will continue until we have completed removing all items
identified during initial consultation or you request termination of service.
Member Commitments:
During the course of your case, you will need to forward copies of all documents
and correspondence from the credit bureaus to Academy Firm service center. You may correspond
via e-mail directly with Academy as much as you wish during your retainer.
We also HIGHLY recommend that you call or email Academy periodically as to
the progress of your case.
Length of Service:
The speed of progress will depend on the nature of your
case, the level of communication from the credit bureaus and your participation. Be advised that our service works best over a twelve month period. However, we anticipate
results within 3-9 months.

Cancellation
This contract can be canceled with no financial consequences, if canceled
within five days of initial registration. After five days, the initial $125 service fee is non-refundable.
To cancel with in five days, e-mail Cancel5Days@academyfirm.com.
After the 5 days, you must download a Cancellation Notice, answer the questions,
sign and date the form and mail it to:
